Brief, focused counseling for people ready to move forward.

You don’t need years of therapy. Just the right next support.

Short-Term & Focused

You don’t need years of therapy. Sessions are brief, purposeful, and built to move you forward.

Built Around Your Goals

We focus on what you want to be different — and how you’ll know it’s happening.

Useful Everytime

Each session leaves you with something concrete, helpful, and connected to where you want to go.

What is Brief Counseling?

Brief counseling is short-term, focused therapy for people who want things to get better — without getting stuck in the past. It’s designed to help you identify what’s working, clarify what you want, and take steps toward it.

We focus on one specific area of your life — the part you most want to see change. That might be a relationship, a habit, your mood, or a difficult decision.

If you’re here, something probably isn’t working the way you’d like. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a shift.

You don’t want years of therapy. You want something that works — and doesn’t waste your time.

This is therapy built to help you move forward — clearly, quickly, and on your terms.

What happens during a 15 minute free consult?

We’ll talk about what brought you here and what you want to see happen. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your goals and how this group might fit. It’s a quick, pressure-free chance for you to decide if this feels like the right next step.
